We are looking for a full-time Wealth Operations Coordinator that will play a vital role in supporting our business goals and overall vision . Summary:

Provides operational support for Wealth Management by coordinating account opening activities, maintaining operational processes, and supporting associates across the organization. This role partners with Wealth Advisors, Client Support teams, and other departments to ensure the timely and accurate completion of operational requests and client service needs.

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

- Coordinate account opening and account maintenance activities to ensure timely and accurate processing of client requests.

- Manage operational systems, reporting, and workflows that support Wealth Management associates and clients.

- Partner with Client Support teams, Wealth Advisors, and other departments to provide exceptional service and operational support.

- Process and monitor transfers, account closures, and other operational activities while communicating status updates to the appropriate Wealth associates.

- Perform routine operational and administrative responsibilities, including account reconciliations, document filing and record maintenance, to support accurate and efficient Wealth Management operations.

Responsibility Details:

- Coordinate the account opening process, including account setup, documentation review, tracking, and communication with Wealth Client Advisors and/or Wealth Support.

- Maintain the account closing process and ensure all related operational requirements are completed accurately and timely.

- Track and process inbound and outbound transfers while providing updates to Client Support teams and Wealth Advisors.

- Review and process in-kind asset transfers and operational service requests.

- Manage DocuSign templates, workflows, and related administrative functions.

- Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for Wealth Management and other business partners.

- Maintain federal and state withholding accounts and process associated payments.

- Support special reporting, research, and data analysis requests as needed.

- Maintain the Wealth pledged account process and other assigned operational procedures.

- Update and maintain Wealth-related content and resources on Oakworks.

- Maintain accurate records and operational documentation through regular reconciliations, document filing, record maintenance, and other routine administrative activities.

- Provide backup support for key operational functions and assist team members as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.

- One to three years of experience in client service, banking, trust, wealth management, financial services, or a related professional environment preferred.

- Demonstrate professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive information.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficient with technology and operational systems.
