Bryn Mawr Trust, a WSFS Company, provides locally managed and collaborative wealth management solutions, including a broad array of planning and advisory services, investment management, trust and estate planning, brokerage and investment services to individual, corporate, and institutional clients through multiple integrated businesses.
We are seeking ambitious, high-performing College students with a strong interest in pursuing a career in financial services to join the WSFS Bank 2027 Summer Internship Program. This paid, 10-week internship provides a dynamic and engaging experience featuring meaningful project work, one-on-one mentorship, executive exposure, professional development opportunities, volunteer initiatives, networking events, and collaboration with fellow interns.
Interns will gain valuable hands-on experience while working alongside industry professionals and contributing to real business initiatives across a variety of bank departments. Investment Research - The intern will support Investment Research teams across multiple disciplines, including Fixed Income, Equity Research, Asset Allocation, and Investment Operations. Responsibilities include assisting with data gathering, documentation, process improvement initiatives, and presentation materials. This role provides hands-on exposure to investment research, portfolio analysis, and the investment decision-making process.

Minimum Qualifications :
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A business-related or related college major is preferred.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
- Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
- Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
- Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August.
- Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.
- Excellent oral and written communication is required.
- Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Salary Range:
$18.00 - $21.00 Per Hour
Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
