Position Summary
The Casino Supervisor serves as the lead point of contact for slot operations during an assigned shift. This position supports daily operations by coordinating workflow, assisting guests and team members, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and internal controls, and maintaining efficient casino floor operations. This provides operational guidance and support to team members throughout the shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead resource for slot operations during assigned shifts, coordinating floor coverage, break rotations, and daily work assignments to ensure efficient operations and guest service.
- Provide exceptional guest service by resolving concerns, assisting with jackpots, player services, complimentary requests, room reservations, ATM and ticket redemption transactions, and other operational matters.
- Monitor casino floor activity to ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, company policies, and service standards.
- Review and process operational transactions including jackpots, fills, voids, overrides, machine malfunctions, variances, and related documentation in accordance with established procedures.
- Investigate operational discrepancies, prepare required reports, and communicate issues to management, Surveillance, and other departments as necessary.
- Maintain accountability for departmental equipment, operational records, and shift communications to ensure continuity between shifts.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and operational support forteam members.
- Support Title 31 for compliance, departmental reporting, and other administrative functions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Education & Experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in slot operations, casino floor operations, or a related gaming environment; lead experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of slot operations, jackpot procedures, machine fills, variance resolution, gaming regulations, internal controls, and guest service standards.
- Ability to communicate effectively, exercise sound judgment, resolve problems, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read and apply company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and reconcile gaming transactions and operational reports.
Licenses and Certifications
- Nevada Gaming Registration required.
- Must maintain all required gaming licenses and certifications.
- Must complete and maintain all required Title 31 certifications and annual training.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment with varying noise levels.
