Gamble Sands , located in Brewster, WA , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Shuttle Driver ! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type:
Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Compensation:
$20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Operate shuttle vans, golf carts, and other resort vehicles in a safe and courteous manner.

- Provide prompt and professional transportation for resort guests between hotel, golf courses (Gamble Sands, Quicksands, Scarecrow), dining venues, parking lots, and special event areas.

- Assist guests with luggage and golf equipment loading and unloading.

- Maintain a clean, presentable vehicle interior and exterior; report any maintenance issues.

- Monitor shuttle schedule and ensure timeliness for all transfers, pickups, and drop-offs.

- Communicate delays or changes in schedule to the Front Desk or Transportation Supervisor.

- Deliver clear and helpful resort information to guests, including event schedules, golf tee times, dining options, and activity locations.

- Assist in special transportation needs, including ADA accessibility or group events.

- Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and fuel usage reports as required.

- Follow all safety procedures, resort policies, and local traffic regulations.

- Support other departments with special deliveries or staff transfers when needed.

Qualifications:

- Valid Washington State Drivers License with clean driving record.

- Must be at least 21 years of age.

- Prior experience in hospitality, transportation, or guest services preferred.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and assist guests with mobility needs.

- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings or evenings.

- Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude.

Work Environment:

- Must be comfortable driving in all weather and road conditions.

- Majority of time is spent outdoors or in a vehicle.

- May be required to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
