Job Description

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Project Specialist join our Project Operations team.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating project phases, managing data input workflows, and ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule. You will join a dynamic, cross-functional team dedicated to maintaining data integrity, mitigating operational risks, and delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

- Manage Project Deliverables & Data Workflows: Execute assigned project phases from inception through completion—overseeing key data entry processes, carton moves, destruction requests, and inventory updates—to deliver accurate and timely results.
- Collaborate & Communicate with Stakeholders: Serve as a primary point of contact for project status, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, customer service, and clients to resolve discrepancies and maintain strong working relationships.
- Ensure Compliance & Information Security: Maintain active compliance with company security standards and controls, proactively identifying potential risks or project delays and implementing effective mitigation plans.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, data management, or operational administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of data input procedures, technical project components, and information security protocols.
- Proven ability in problem-solving, time management, customer responsiveness, and presenting status updates clearly across written and oral formats.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant project management certifications (e.g., Certified Associate in Project Management) or associate degree preferred.

What We Offer

- Hourly Rate: $20.43-$22.98
- Monday - Friday

Reasonably expected salary range: $42,500.00 - $53,100.00

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
