Job Overview
We are hiring a talented, professional Branch Manager to join our team as we expand into the Ft. Myers area. This position will help launch a new, start-up location with support from our home office in Tampa. With a few existing customers already established in the area, the new manager will focus on executing great service while sourcing new business relationships. You will work in a close-knit business where you will be appreciated by your team and customers, and where your contribution has a direct impact on the success of the company. Responsibilities for this role
Managerial
•Manage multiple service lines across residential HVAC, Electrical, and New Pool wiring
• Bring more energy than you take to set the tone every day for the entire department
• Inspire technicians to hit their goals
•Train, develop, and hold your team accountable to exceptional performance standards
•Oversee relationships with the following manufacturers: Jandy, Pentair, and Hayward
•Provide technical and business coaching to direct reports
Selling
•Solicit new B2B clients for swimming pool electrical installations
•Understand sales criteria and hold your team accountable for exceeding revenue goals
•Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure the business's overall success
Operational
•Identify, recruit, and develop technicians and office staff
•Manage installations for existing and new customers
•Ensure excellent customer service, including prompt handling of any customer issues or concerns
•Assist in creating department operating plans and execute those plans to meet sales, profitability, and operating goals
•Lead meetings to communicate changes, share direction and results, and identify roadblocks and/or barriers
•Learn and implement Nexstar Systems
•Show technicians how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services

•Implement work quality and customer service standards
•Implement safety and compliance standards
•Manage team schedule to meet ongoing customer demand and seasonal spikes
Reporting
•Own and manage department P&Ls and KPIs
•Monitor the performance of field technicians and advise them on how to improve
•Review and approve invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and options sheets
•Serve as a technical backup for field technicians when necessary
Qualifications and Required Skills
•B2B sales experience is a plus
•Demonstrated recruiting and training experience
•Previous experience as a branch manager or service manager
•3 to 5 years of P&L management experience
•3 years of home service experience
•Previous experience at a start-up or greenfield operation is a plus
•Computer skills including email, MS word, Excel, and FSM (Field Service Management platforms)
