Job Requirements
- Achieve daily production targets through effective manpower planning and shift management.
- Supervise production activities as per production plan, SOPs, and BMR requirements.
- Monitor and improve OEE, productivity, and process efficiency.
- Ensure product quality by maintaining process parameters and coordinating with QC.
- Optimize utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
- Maintain accurate production records, logbooks, and SAP transactions.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, 5S, EHS, and safety standards.
- Investigate deviations, implement CAPA, and reduce oduction losses.
- Train operators and support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
