Azusa Solutions is seeking a Sr. System Administrator / Engineer - Linux to join our team of talented consultants. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company comprised of highly qualified, highly impactful, and multi-talented individuals.
This role supports a high visibility mission environment with a software development / engineering project looking to productize their system.
*Candidate must be local to the DC, Maryland, or Northern Virginia area. *
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years experience as a Linux System Admin / Eng.
- Linux - (CentOS/RHEL) Linux admin experience. Kubernetes based environment. Red Hat Certification desired
- Kubernetes (K8's) experience; specifically tooling and container fundamentals needed. Experience with High Side / Classified networking is a major plus VMWare VM creation, configuration, and operation experience
- Security + Certification; Kubernetes, BASH
Desired Experience:
- Currently holds or recently held SYS3 PRIVAC level. If SYS3 is not current, candidate will need to put in for SYS3
- Python, Ansible, Salt, VMware experience, Agile, Dev Ops, Key Management / Encryption technologies
- Storage
- Networking
- Security Compliance
- Authentication
- Scripting: Shell, Python preferred
- Physical Server Administration
