Job Description
Visa's Internship Program provides an immersive, 12-month journey where you will work on impactful projects that drive Visa's mission forward. As a Visa intern, you will build valuable connections across the organization, sharpen your communication and business acumen, and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, global environment.
Throughout the program, you will have access to interactive workshops and learning sessions designed to deepen your expertise, expand your industry knowledge, and elevate your professional skill set. The experience culminates in a final presentation where you will showcase your project achievements, share key insights, and present your recommendations to Visa leaders and stakeholders. About the Team and the Role
The CARCAM Brand Marketing team develops and delivers brand and communication initiatives across a diverse, multicultural region. We collaborate with local teams, agencies, and cross-functional partners to transform regional brand narratives into relevant, impactful experiences.
As a Brand & Social Marketing Intern , you will support the execution of regional brand, content, and social media initiatives. The role combines project coordination, creative support, campaign tracking, and entry-level data analysis. You will have the opportunity to build new skills, take on increasing responsibilities, and gain exposure to multiple areas of the business.
All Visa roles require digital fluency , including openness to working with emerging technologies and Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot). Training and guidance will be provided.
Some job duties and projects could include, but are not limited to:
• Execute components of regional brand marketing campaigns, tracking timelines, materials, and deliverables
• Assist with adapting materials for local markets to ensure brand and message consistency
• Plan, organize, and publish content across social channels
• Coordinate creative asset requests, local adaptations, and version control
• Monitor platform trends and audience conversations across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Conduct research on content creators, engagement opportunities, and best practices
• Support influencer and partner activations by tracking deliverables and logistics
• Collect and organize campaign, content, and social media metrics; assist with reports and dashboards
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and gather performance insights
• Prepare presentations, calendars, trackers, and summaries to manage marketing workflows
• Document next steps and owners; coordinate actions across countries and teams
• Assist with administrative follow-up, including documentation and basic budget tracking

Basic Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media, or related field; expected graduation between Nov 2027 and Mar 2028
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Availability to complete a full-time, 12-month internship program
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams (training provided)
• English proficiency to collaborate and prepare workplace communications
• Demonstrated interest in brand building, social media, and digital marketing
Preferred Qualifications
• Academic, volunteer, or past experience supporting social media, content, or marketing projects
• Basic understanding of social platforms, audiences, and content formats
• Familiarity with design tools, analytics platforms, or content management systems
• Experience preparing presentations and organizing data for reports
• Ability to organize tasks, learn new processes, and collaborate across diverse teams
• Curiosity, attention to detail, and comfort working through ambiguity
• Interest in technology, payments, and global brands
