What You Will Do:
• Greeting our guests with a warm smile, answer questions about our daily baked goods, and assist them with retail selections.
• Handle straightforward transactions using our easy-to-learn touch-screen point-of-sale system.
• Keep our retail shelves and front counters clean, organized, and inviting.
What We Are Looking For:
• Reliability and Warmth: A history of being dependable and a natural comfort when chatting with community members.
• Team Spirit: A supportive, positive attitude toward coworkers and guests alike.
• Basic Comfort with Tech: Willingness to learn our digital register (we make it simple to learn!).
• Physical Comfort: Ability to stand for shifts of 5-6 hours and lift light trays (up to 10-15lbs).
