About this role
Description
Drive the programs that bring AWS Secret Cloud for Industry (ASCI) to customers, the managed service that enables cleared U.S. defense contractors and other National Industrial Security Program organizations to run contractor-owned, contractor-operated classified workloads directly on AWS.
As Senior TPM you own the cross-team execution that turns ASCI's roadmap into delivered, adopted capabilities and successful customer onboardings. You run the programs end to end, drive the technical and compliance milestones each launch and onboarding depends on, and keep many teams across AWS, customers, and government stakeholders aligned to the plan. This is a highly technical role that rewards strong program ownership, fluency in technical and compliance detail, and the ability to drive results across organizations without direct authority.
- Own program execution for ASCI launches and customer onboardings, end to end.
- Drive the technical readiness, compliance, and connectivity milestones each delivery depends on.
- Coordinate across AWS service, engineering, security, and field teams, and with customers and government stakeholders.
- Build and run the mechanisms, trackers, and status reporting that keep programs on plan.
- Surface risks and dependencies early, and drive them to resolution.
This position requires that the candidate selected must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance. The position further requires that, after start, the selected candidate obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph or commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work.
