Here's your chance to join our Training & Certification team working in the highly visible role of Senior Scale Program Strategist. You will have the opportunity to define, shape, and implement programs to support the partner learning journey. You will serve as the partner creative problem solver across the AWS T&C organization.

To support the partner learning journey, you will be responsible for developing and implementing GSI-focused programs to increase the number of AWS-trained and certified partner individuals. You will transform insights
into prioritized actionable programs, will drive improvements to existing programs, and define and develop tools. You’ll have global responsibility and will work with Global and Regional Partner Enablement Managers, Partner Development Managers, Partner Solution Architects, Partners and AWS Partner Network stakeholders to scale and optimize Partner training. You will also help prepare business reviews for different levels of management to confirm and reinforce overall drivers of the partner experience and provide actionable recommendations.

You should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business challenges, and are able to build and convey compelling plans, frameworks and repeatable mechanisms. You have the ability to balance multiple projects and work within a high-growth and constantly evolving environment. You have a passion for solving complex business challenges and thrive on constantly improving the partner experience.

The Partner Program Manager is part of the GSI Segment Team which focuses on the partner learners and works backwards to meet their needs. The GSI Segment Team builds and maintains the partner learning plan, learning journey for various personas within a partner, develops programs, and manages tools to support the
GSI to grow their business. The GSI Segment team support the Business Development team as they work with GSIs to grow revenue.

Key job responsibilities
• Develop, manage, and grow Partner learning programs working across T&C and the AWS Partner Network.
• Establish cross-functional global relationships across different T&C and field teams to represent Partners globally.
• Evaluate effectiveness and propose adjustments to global programs to improve performance and ensure objectives are met.
• Support the GSI teams to grow business, sales, and technical skills as partners drive revenue growth with AWS.
• Create innovative ways to bring content and training to partners faster to meet the constantly evolving technical and business landscape.
• Invent new programs and mechanisms for scale while simplifying existing programs.
• Support preparation of business reviews for various levels of management.
• Confidently present in Partner settings.

Basic Qualifications

- 3+ years of with Learning & Development and course facilitation experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Experience implementing and enforcing safety standards within warehouse and maintenance environments
- Experience developing or delivering training programs across multiple sites or regions
- Experience in training, performance management and coaching/mentoring and experience in a training role, including technical training

Preferred Qualifications

- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
- Experience leading training strategy initiatives across large-scale operations and working cross-functionally at senior levels
- Experience using data analytics to drive learning strategy and demonstrate business impact
- Experience with graphic training systems, multimedia content creation, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration
- Experience mentoring trainers, using data analytics for training effectiveness measurement, and leading change management initiatives
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
- 5+ years of with Learning & Development and course facilitation experience
