About this role

At Johnson Controls, our corporate accounts support team helps maintain continuity for customers by coordinating coverage, responding quickly to requests, and keeping portfolio activity moving with accuracy and consistency.

Role Overview

In this role, you will support a portfolio of corporate customers and help ensure business continuity through timely follow-up, clear communication, and reliable day-to-day coverage. You will work closely with internal partners to resolve requests, maintain service quality, and keep information accurate across systems and customer records.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide timely support to assigned corporate customers and help maintain adequate coverage across the portfolio.
- Track, follow up, and resolve customer requests with a focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and consistency.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address issues, remove blockers, and maintain smooth service delivery.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation, updates, and case notes in the relevant systems and tools.
- Use MS Office, including Excel, to manage follow-up items, reporting, and portfolio tracking.
- Escalate urgent matters appropriately and ensure ownership until each request is closed.
- Support business continuity during workload changes, absences, or peak periods.

How You Will Do It

- You will take ownership of each request from intake to closure, keeping the customer informed and the next step clear.
- You will stay close to the work, spot risks early, and remove obstacles before they affect service continuity.
- You will work openly with internal partners, share information quickly, and follow through on commitments.
- You will use disciplined follow-up, clear documentation, and daily prioritization to improve consistency and quality.
- You will collaborate as one team, supporting coverage and sharing knowledge when priorities shift.

Qualifications

- University degree completed or in progress in a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, shared services, corporate support, or a similar client-facing role.
- Fluency in English and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and follow established processes.
- Ability to multitask, manage shifting priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Nice to Have

- Experience supporting corporate account portfolios or service operations in a multinational environment.
- Familiarity with case management, order tracking, or CRM tools.
- Exposure to physical security, Access Control, or CCTV support environments.
