*This internship begins on May 17th, 2027 and runs until August 5th, 2027. This role is a full time commitment (37.5 hour work week )*

Job Title : Wawa Internal Care Internship Program (Summer 2027)

Duration : Full Time, May 17, 2027 – August 05, 2027

Location : Media, PA (Onsite 4 days per week)

Rate : $18/hr

Wawa Internship Program Overview

The Wawa Internship Program offers students hands-on experience in a collaborative corporate environment, where they work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful business projects, and build skills that support their academic and professional growth. Throughout the summer, interns participate in professional development and networking opportunities with fellow interns and company leaders. The program culminates in a capstone presentation, where interns showcase key projects, accomplishments, and the impact of their contributions.

We are currently seeking an intern to join our Internal Care team for Summer 2027.

What You'll Do

As an Internal Care Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting Wawa's Internal Care team. Depending on business needs and team assignments, you may have the opportunity to:

- Assist in the timely completion of Values Nominations which may include writing, printing, and processing for delivery.
- Assist with various aspects of Life Experience completions which may include packing, labeling, and preparing items for delivery.
- Assist with processing, tracking and accurately documenting store field requests, i.e.,  blanket requests, baby bundle requests as well as a variety of other items ordered as appropriate to the requests.
- Participation in the Back 2 School program duties may include management and associate level follow up; researching, ordering, and receiving items needed as well as field support as requested.

Basic Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between Spring 2028 and Spring 2030.
- Ability to work onsite at Wawa Corporate Headquarters in Media, PA, four days per week throughout the internship program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Previous internship, project, or leadership experience is preferred.
