We are currently looking for an AI Agent Architect Intern to join our team in Farmington Hills, MI. The Enterprise Data & AI Product team is responsible for building and delivering Nissan's enterprise strategy for Data & AI products across the Americas. This internship provides a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI initiatives by identifying, designing, building, testing, and deploying Enterprise AI Agents that drive business value across the organization. Interns will gain hands-on experience in AI architecture, data engineering, business case development, and enterprise technology implementation while collaborating with stakeholders across multiple business functions.

A Day in the Life:

- Identify and evaluate enterprise AI Agent opportunities that can improve business processes and user experiences.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses and value assessments to prioritize AI Agent initiatives.
- Design, build, test, and deploy AI Agents using enterprise AI and data platforms.
- Develop adoption strategies, governance frameworks, and operating models to support successful implementation.
- Collaborate with business, data, and technology teams to define requirements and deliver innovative AI-powered solutions.

Who We’re Looking For:

Required:

- Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Students entering their Junior or Senior year at the start of the upcoming academic term.
- Understanding of AI Agent architectures and generative AI concepts.
- Experience with data engineering principles and working with large datasets.
- Programming experience with Python, SQL, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data technologies such as AWS, Snowflake, and AI development frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
- Self-motivated with a passion for innovation, emerging technologies, and continuous learning.
- GPA of 3.0 or above (Candidates will be required to provide an official or unofficial transcript during the application process for verification.)
- Ability to perform work onsite at Franklin, TN.
