Pay: $82,000-$87,500
Essential Job Functions:
- Manages a portfolio of up to 30 stabilized communities, reviewing and approving daily rent pricing to ensure alignment with revenue objectives.
- Leads recurring performance calls with Community Managers and Regional Managers, evaluating revenue management and marketing system settings and implementing adjustments to meet ownership goals (at minimum monthly).
- Serves as the primary point of contact for pricing and ILS discussions with clients and operators. Analyzes asset performance and presents insights during performance calls; conducts deeper evaluations of underperforming properties and escalates concerns to leadership as needed.
- Identifies and recommends ancillary services and product opportunities to leadership for further evaluation and potential integration.
- Develops and distributes monthly and quarterly performance reports with actionable recommendations for clients and Operations. Partners with the Performance Strategy leader to deliver insights and present strategic recommendations.
- Conducts comprehensive reviews of monthly exceptions and overall property performance, providing written analysis and improvement strategies to stakeholders. Maintains detailed documentation of underperforming assets in the Property Workbook on a weekly basis, escalating risks when appropriate.
- Participates in weekly departmental meetings to share insights, align strategies, and develop corrective action plans for underperforming assets while addressing emerging issues.
- Maintains accuracy of ILS listings and coordinates property marketing updates with Corporate Marketing Support, as needed.
- Leads and supports onboarding and ongoing training for onsite teams, ensuring effective adoption of revenue management tools, systems, and workflows; reinforces best practices during performance discussions.

Minimum Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, revenue management, finance, accounting, statistics, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- 2–3 years of relevant industry experience, with demonstrated application of analytical, operational, or revenue management principles.
- Ability to travel up to 20% as business needs require.
- Advanced proficiency in computer and technology tools, including industry-specific platforms and data analysis systems.
- Strong attention to detail with a consistent focus on accuracy, quality, and follow-through.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing competing priorities with flexibility and strong time management skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a results-oriented mindset.
