Modivcare is looking for an experienced Field Services Specialist I to join our team. This position is responsible for assisting with scheduled and random field investigations, observations, and provider relations activities. This role supports transportation provider oversight, training compliance, and field operations to ensure adherence to organizational standards and contractual requirements.
This role…
- Assists in scheduling fieldwork in collaboration with organizational leadership.
- Assists with scheduled and random visits to healthcare facilities and contracted transportation providers to verify levels of service, adherence to contractual standards for drivers and vehicles, and on-time performance.
- Supports tracking and maintaining Train-the-Trainer certification for Passenger Assistance.
- Occasionally attends scheduled or random training sessions conducted by third-party trainers to ensure compliance with CTAA/NSC instructional standards.
- Assists in evaluating trainer compliance with CTAA/NSC training requirements.
- Communicates findings to leadership and supports the development of appropriate action plans.
- Supports oversight of training compliance with the organization's prescribed curriculum.
- Supports network digitization, platform utilization, and other market-specific initiatives.
- Participates in other projects or performs other duties as assigned.
- Occasional business travel may be required.

- High School Diploma required.
- Zero (0) plus years of experience.
- Valid driver's license for the appropriate vehicle type.
- Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare regulations.
- Basic knowledge of local road laws and regulations, with the ability to read and follow maps and/or GPS navigation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver a prescribed training curriculum.
- Ability to understand and follow complex instructions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Willingness and ability to travel locally 75% or more within the assigned state.
- Ability to use a hands-free mobile phone.
Salary: $18 - $20/hr
