What You'll Be Doing
- Lead daily plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable cement production.
- Coordinate production activities to achieve throughput, quality, and cost objectives.
- Promote a strong safety culture through coaching, inspections, and compliance initiatives.
- Partner with maintenance and operations teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Analyze production metrics and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance plant performance.

Work Environment
This position is based within a large cement manufacturing facility and involves working in both office and plant environments. The role requires regular interaction with production equipment, maintenance activities, and operating personnel. Candidates should be comfortable working in an industrial setting and following all safety policies and procedures.
