The Role:

The Talent & Organizational Development Analyst position supports programs and initiatives that drive learning and development and strengthen overall team member engagement.

This role reports to the Manager, Organizational Development to support efforts that promote our inclusive culture, ensure that Dine remains a high-performance workplace, and provides continued talent development and learning.

Responsibilities:

- Assists with delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for new team members along with other staff training and development programs and curriculum as needed.
- Monitors, tracks, and reports on organization-wide training and compliance programs.
- Collaborates with subject matter experts for design and/or delivery of training curriculum.
- Coordinates and supports delivering interactive workshops and team-building sessions, delivering an impactful learning experience for participants.
- Assists with managing the team’s digital tools including but not limited to the Learning Management System, course authoring software, and other digital learning platforms.
- Works with vendors and internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to assist with the development and implementation of talent and OD efforts.
- Follows company policies, upholds professional standards, and performs all work in a manner respectful of others.
- Performs other responsibilities as needed.
- Target salary $75k-$90k depending on experience

Skills & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of HR or equivalent experience.
- Excellent presentation and facilitations skills.
- Experience in learning and development including adult learning principles, design processes, blended learning techniques, as well as web-based and social learning.

- Intermediate to Advanced Excel, Word & PowerPoint as well as virtual technology tools (Webex, Teams, etc.)
- Prior experience involving content design, virtual/webinar led facilitation a plus
- Prior experience in supporting inclusion and belonging initiatives and practices a plus
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Excellent written, proofreading, and editing skills
- Excellent project management skills
