The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase market visibility, improve engagement and drive demand with cross-channel marketing tactics related to strategic initiatives, new product introductions and regional growth opportunities.
This position reports to the Manager, Marketing Campaign Management and is part of the EMEA Marketing team and will be fully remote but UK based.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Develop marketing plans in collaboration with the Market Development team to focus on key business objectives and demand generation, qualify leads after marketing activities and ensure follow-up with the sales team to drive new funnel opportunities.
- Build and execute marketing communication campaigns (event/webinar organisation, direct mail promotion, social media campaigns, etc.).
- Focus on demand generation through lead production and a funnel-based approach that ultimately results in revenue growth.
- Manage and control the budget assigned to marketing tactics.
- Responsible for post campaign reviews, in close collaboration with key stakeholders across different internal functions, ensuring results and learnings are captured and applied by the team.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Experience in marketing communications, ideally in a B2B sector.
- Track record of successful executed integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience in event management, direct mail and social media marketing.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to take responsibility and initiative.
- Innovative, solution-oriented thinker with a strong attention to detail and good verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to start ASAP.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Ability to travel internationally where needed (maximum 10% of time).
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Lead qualification and management (in Salesforce.com).
