We are seeking a dependable E-Coat Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will perform a variety of production operations supporting the e-coat paint process, including loading and unloading parts, material handling, assembly activities, and operation of paint line and wash system equipment. Responsibilities include preparing and cleaning parts and fixtures, conducting quality inspections, utilizing hand tools and production equipment, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and production requirements. The successful candidate will maintain a clean and organized work environment while supporting operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Drive at DTNA

Operate and monitor production equipment associated with the e-coat paint line, wash system, and material handling processes. Load, unload, and transport parts and materials throughout production while ensuring product quality and workflow efficiency. Perform assembly, cleaning, inspection, and preparation activities as required. Utilize hand tools, equipment, and machinery safely and effectively while following established work instructions and procedures. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area and perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Knowledge You Should Bring

- Minimum one year of manufacturing, production, assembly, material handling, or related industrial experience.
- Ability to safely operate production equipment, hand tools, and material handling devices while following established safety procedures.
- Ability to perform quality inspections, follow standardized work instructions, and meet production and performance expectations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and maintain regular attendance and productivity standards.
- Ability to successfully learn and demonstrate required job functions within the designated qualification period.

Exceptional Candidates Might Have

- Previous experience operating e-coat, paint line, wash system, conveyor, or automated manufacturing equipment in a production environment.
- Experience performing assembly operations, material handling, quality inspections, and troubleshooting minor production issues.
- Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards, visual inspection techniques, and continuous improvement principles.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to safely operate equipment, use hand tools, and maintain production efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new processes and successfully complete required skills evaluations within established training timelines.
