Job Description
The Senior Manager, Visual Merchandising is responsible for leading the creative development and execution of visual merchandising and experiential assets for Dior across retail environments, including Ulta, Sephora non-client-facing events, and broader retailer activations. This role also supports Dior’s internal Education and corporate initiatives through the creation of educational materials and internal event experiences.
This position translates global creative direction into both 2D and 3D production-ready solutions, ensuring consistent luxury execution across all consumer touchpoints and internal brand experiences. The role oversees projects from concept through final production, including design development, vendor coordination, prototyping, budget management, and execution oversight across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of visual merchandising assets for Dior across Ulta, Sephora non-client-facing events, and internal Education initiatives.
- Develop and produce 2D visual merchandising assets for Ulta, including Visual Week campaign materials, in-store prints, price strips, and fragrance update visuals.
- Support and execute visual planogram updates for Ulta Beauty fragrance and beauty categories, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Lead the development of 3D visual merchandising components for Visual Weeks and retail activations, including concept development, renderings, DTOs, and production coordination.
- Manage end-to-end 3D production process, including briefing decks, design development, prototyping, fit and finish reviews, and final production validation.
- Oversee color, material, and finish approvals in collaboration with external vendors to ensure luxury-level execution and consistency.
- Collaborate with vendors to manage fabrication, prototyping, and production timelines across multiple concurrent projects.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director on planning and designing Ulta Beauty and Sephora non-client-facing events, ensuring cohesive brand storytelling and elevated execution.
- Partner with internal Education teams to design and produce educational materials, including Dior Education books, printed toolkits, and training assets.
- Support Education-led events and brand experiences through spatial design, visual development, and production of event environments and set-ups.
- Manage project budgets, purchase order (PO) creation, tracking, and reconciliation across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with internal budget guidelines and timelines.
- Maintain accurate tracking of costs, vendor invoices, and project spend across all visual merchandising, education, and event initiatives.
- Manage multiple parallel projects across retail, education, and event environments, ensuring strong organization, prioritization, and delivery under tight deadlines.
- Ensure all deliverables meet Dior creative standards, production feasibility, budget requirements, and timeline expectations.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in graphic design, visual merchandising, or luxury retail/beauty brand environments.
- Strong experience in both 2D and 3D design development, including retail and event-based applications.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Proficiency in SketchUp for 3D modeling and rendering ; familiarity with additional 3D rendering tools is a plus.
- Proven experience developing production-ready artwork for large-scale retail and event environments.
- Strong understanding of print production, fabrication processes, materials, and color management.
- Experience managing end-to-end creative production workflows, from concept development through final execution.
- Experience managing budgets, purchase orders (POs), and vendor cost tracking preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, Creative Directors, and external vendors.
- Experience working within luxury, beauty, or premium retail environments preferred.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $115,000-$130,000.
