About the Job
As an SEO Analyst , you’ll focus on executing foundational SEO work across client accounts. You’ll support SEO Specialists and Strategists by implementing on-page optimizations, publishing content, managing directories and listings, monitoring tools, and ensuring work is completed accurately and on time.
You will not own strategy or client relationships . Your impact comes from doing the work well, consistently and precisely, so campaigns can scale.
What You’ll Do
- Manage link building for 10 to 15 clients at a time.
- Research and find backlink opportunities that fit each client's niche, services and location.
- Choose sites that meet our criteria: domain authority between 40 and 80, real organic traffic, a mostly US audience, and relevance to addiction and mental health treatment.
- Spot link farms and low quality sites and avoid them completely.
- Know when and how to disavow harmful links, and what to consider before doing it.
- Negotiate prices down and stay within each client's monthly budget.
- Keep our tracking spreadsheets accurate and up to date: site, cost, status, and whether each link is live and indexed.
- Work from action items, follow up until things are done, and report progress clearly.
What You Bring
- Foundational knowledge of SEO concepts (on-page, keywords, content structure, internal linking)
- Comfort working with repetitive, execution-focused tasks
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow process
- Proven link building experience, ideally for an agency. This is required.
- Proof of results: examples of links you built and the impact they had.
- Strong English, written and spoken (C1).
- Very organized, with great follow-through.
- A strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
