Client Account Manager

National leader in full-service sign manufacturing is seeking an experienced and high-energy Client Account Manager to join their growing team. This innovative company specializes in custom sign design, engineering, manufacturing, installation, project management, and ongoing service and maintenance for clients across the country.
Key Responsibilities: Dispatch service calls for nationwide clients, including workload scheduling, quoting, and overseeing the completion of customer service orders. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction, exceed service level agreements, and meet key performance indicators. Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, working closely with client account managers to resolve issues effectively. Implement continuous improvements in procedures, processes, and standards to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Cross-train with other service specialists to develop expertise across all client platforms, portals, and processes. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of service work orders and meet customer expectations.
Qualifications & Requirements: Must have sign experience. Previous experience in high-volume, detail-oriented customer service roles. Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage client and vendor relationships professionally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling client concerns.
Schedule: M-F, 8am to 5 pm

Pay Range: $50K to $70K, DOE
