Full-Time Employee Benefits & Compensation Overview
As a full-time employee of Contour, you are eligible for the following benefits and programs:
Insurance
- Health, vision, and dental insurance, plus short/long-term disability and voluntary life insurance (effective the first day of the month following your hire date)
401(k) Savings Plan
- Eligibility begins the first day of the month following your hire date.
- The Company offers a matching contribution up to 6% of your eligible compensation.
- Enrollment guidelines and a 401(k) Enrollment Guide will be provided during onboarding.
Paid Sick Leave
- Accrual of up to 56 hours of paid sick leave per year.
- Unused sick leave rolls over annually until your sick bank reaches 480 hours.
Vested Vacation Hours
- Eligible to receive vacation hours on January 1st following your hire date.
- These hours will be vested and available for use in accordance with Company policies.
Non-Revenue/Space Available (NRSA) Travel Privileges
- NRSA (non-revenue/space available) travel privileges on Contour upon hire and access to MyID Travel after 6 months of service.

Compensation Details
- The starting annual salary for this position is $118,000.00.
- Depending on your prior work experience and other factors, you could be eligible to receive additional pay overrides to your annual salary. These include a $25,000.00 check pilot override, $10,000.00 AR/GUS override, and a $7,500.00 in-base override. Specific information regarding these overrides are outlined in the Scheduled Pilot Work Rules which will be provided to you during the onboarding process should you be selected for employment.
- You are eligible to receive a retention incentive of $10,000.00 after completing 24 months of active service and then an additional $10,000.00 retention incentive every 12 active months after that.
- Based on your schedule and if certain thresholds are met, you are eligible to reach pay incentives for additional trips worked or assigned that are paid in addition to your monthly salary. Specific information regarding these pay incentives are outlined in the Scheduled Pilot Work Rules which will be provided to you during the onboarding process should you be selected for employment.

Key Responsibilities
- Put safety above all.
- Comply with schedules and other directives governing the aircrafts safe operation.
- Perform all Company assigned duties in accordance with Company manuals, memos, and policies.
- Conduct diligent preflight planning and prepare flight plans.
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers.
- Ensure that the aircraft is clean and prepared for flight with all of the necessary provisions on board for the safety and comfort of the passengers.
- Wear the company issued uniform and comply with the uniform policy.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
- Be at least 23 years of age.
- Must have a valid drivers license and good driving record.
- Possess a current passport.
- Must have U.S. ATP license.
- Possess a current first-class medical (verified at the time of the interview)
- Commercial, multi-engine land license, instrument airplane rating
- Be authorized to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the United States.
- Must understand, read, and write English.
- Able to pass a required 10-year work history review and submit to criminal history records check, reference check, national drivers record check, and no excessive check ride failures.
- Must pass a DOT required pre-employment drug screen and willing to submit to and pass FAA and Company mandated random drug and alcohol tests.
- Possess polished and professional interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Possess strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Must have well-developed people skills and ability to work with a variety of personalities.
- Maintain strong attention to detail.
- Be self-motivated and able to motivate others.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal delivered with tact and professionalism.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Can work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Able to lift 75 lbs. routinely with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Hold an English Proficiency Endorsement (EPE)
- Able to work in stressful situations and tight time constraints.

- Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules.
- No previous aviation related accidents or incidents
- Must have a residence that will ensure you are able to report to work within 120 minutes of dispatch call during your assigned duty period.
