- Assist with training administration activities, including tracking assigned training, supporting training records and reports, and following up on routine training-compliance activities.
- Support preparation, formatting, routing, and administrative maintenance of controlled documents such as SOPs, work instructions, forms, and training materials under the direction of Quality personnel.
- Assist with periodic reviews of Quality documentation and trackers to help ensure records remain current, complete, accurate, and inspection ready.
- Support routine review and organization of electronic and paper GMP documentation for completeness and adherence to Good Documentation Practices; escalate observations to the responsible Quality team member.
- Help maintain Quality metrics, dashboards, trackers, action lists, and meeting materials used to monitor Quality-system and operational performance.
- Participate in Quality meetings and governance forums as appropriate, including capturing actions, maintaining trackers, and supporting follow-up activities.
- Support Quality and cross-functional teams with data gathering, document retrieval, and preparation of information for audits, inspections, self-inspections, and compliance walkthroughs.
- Identify and communicate potential documentation or process gaps to the responsible Quality team member and support implementation of approved improvements.
- Support continuous-improvement initiatives focused on documentation practices, records management, training administration, digital tools, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, Digital/IT, and other functions on assigned projects while maintaining GxP, data-integrity, confidentiality, and site-safety requirements.
- Complete all required training assignments in a timely manner and perform assigned activities in accordance with approved SOPs, work instructions, and safety requirements.
- Contribute to special projects and other Quality Assurance activities as assigned.
Here’s What You’ll Need (Minimum Qualifications)
