Job Summary

Design components, products, and systems for production, ensuring functionality, efficiency, and reliability. Analyzes complex electronic components to evaluate performance, implement engineering change orders (ECOs), and improve design revisions. Implements test procedures and inspection systems for incoming electronic components, recommending enhancements to optimize quality and production processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assesses complex electrical systems and designs to ensure optimal performance, safety, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Assists in the management of electrical engineering projects, ensuring project goals, timelines, and budgets are met while adhering to quality and safety standards.

- Designs systems to address complex electrical engineering problems, utilizing advanced tools and methodologies to provide innovative and efficient solutions.

- Develops more complex electrical designs, schematics, and systems that meet both customer needs and regulatory requirements, ensuring integration with existing infrastructure.

- Implements processes to improve system efficiency and reliability, drawing on in-depth knowledge to streamline operations and reduce costs.

- Confers with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to gather requirements, discuss technical specifications, and ensure alignment with business goals.

- Helps establish and implement engineering best practices and standards, mentoring junior engineers to ensure compliance with industry best practices.

- Coaches less experienced team members on advanced electrical engineering techniques, providing technical guidance and support as needed to improve team performance.

- Ensures the timely completion of engineering tasks and reviews technical documentation, ensuring all projects meet quality standards and safety regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned

Required Education & Experience

Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree

Years of Experience: 5-7 Years

Preferred Education & Experience

Minimum Education Level: Master’s degree
