Salary range: $95,000 - $100,000

ADC Management Services is seeking an experienced Licensed Behavioral Health Specialists to support a federal behavioral health program in Chula Vista, California.
This is a full-time, onsite position providing behavioral health support to children and adolescents in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
The Licensed Behavioral Health Specialist will:
- Provide behavioral health support to children and adolescents
- Conduct behavioral health assessments and provide short-term clinical interventions as appropriate
- Provide crisis intervention and behavioral health support in response to individual needs
- Apply trauma-informed and culturally responsive approaches when working with children, adolescents, and vulnerable populations
- Support individuals experiencing stress, trauma, adjustment challenges, and other behavioral health concerns
- Collaborate with program leadership and multidisciplinary partners to support continuity and quality of services
- Maintain appropriate professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical standards
- Maintain required documentation in accordance with program requirements
- Participate in program activities, meetings, and coordination efforts as required
- Support additional behavioral health and program needs as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Active, unrestricted, independent clinical license in any U.S. state or territory, including LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, Psychologist, or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Demonstrated experience working with children, adolescents, families, and/or vulnerable populations
- Experience with trauma, crisis intervention, behavioral health, or related clinical services
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and fast-paced environment
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to work onsite in Chula Vista, California
