About this role

- Are you a driven, detail-oriented paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment?

- Do you take pride in staying organized, meeting deadlines, and supporting clients through difficult seasons of life?

- Do you crave the flexibility of remote or hybrid work without giving up the support of a strong, connected team?
If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

About You
You are a self-starter with strong attention to detail and a heart for helping others. You enjoy supporting attorneys through the litigation process and making sure clients feel cared for, informed, and protected.

You are obsessive about detail, and the thought of missing a deadline gives you nightmares. You are comfortable drafting pleadings and discovery, managing deadlines, coordinating depositions and mediations, and keeping cases moving forward efficiently. You are disciplined and self-directed working remotely, and you stay just as responsive and connected to your team as you would be sitting down the hall.

You thrive on a motivated, values-driven team that works hard, supports one another, and prepares every case as if it is going to trial.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
