Job Description & Summary

The Opportunity

As a Microsoft D365 ERP or AI/CoPilot Functional Solution Architect you will guide client programs focused on Microsoft Dynamics ERP, translating business needs into functional solutions that support operational efficiency and business goals within our Business Application Consulting practice. As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects, apply sound judgment in complex situations, coach teams through ambiguity, and use your influence to shape outcomes while maintaining operational excellence. In this role at PwC, you will analyze requirements, support solution design and implementation, coordinate testing and training activities, and communicate clear recommendations to stakeholders across the program lifecycle.

Responsibilities

- Advising clients on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP architecture and functional design across finance technology initiatives
- Leading ERP solution design sessions, translating business requirements into system requirements and implementation plans
- Developing AI and Copilot-enabled process improvements that support automation, productivity, and user adoption
- Directing complex workstreams across analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment for ERP transformation programs
- Reviewing current-state processes and identifying opportunities to streamline integrations, controls, and reporting
- Guiding teams through issue resolution, risk escalation, and decision making during challenging project phases
- Coaching team members on solution design, delivery planning, and client-facing communication
- Building trusted client relationships by presenting recommendations, validating outcomes, and adjusting plans based on feedback

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience
- At least one of the following: Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/Finance & Operations certifications, Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/Finance & Operations Solution Architect�level certifications, Microsoft Dynamics implementation methodology certifications, relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP application certifications

What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering
- Demonstrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solution architecture experience in client-facing settings
- Applying AI and Copilot functional design knowledge to enterprise ERP transformations
- Translating business needs into process and system requirements for complex programs
- Crafting executive-ready messages for diverse stakeholder groups and project teams
- Leading coaching conversations and guiding teams through ambiguity and change

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
