The Senior Financial Analytics Professional, Home Delivery Logistics, turns complex operational and financial data into insights that drive smarter daily decisions, long-term strategy, and performance improvement. This role partners across the business to analyze trends, evaluate variable factors, and solve complex problems that influence logistics performance and strategic outcomes.

As a Senior Financial Analytics Professional , you'll be a trusted strategic partner, using data to shape daily operations, guide long-term planning, and solve critical challenges. In this high-visibility role, you'll go beyond reporting the numbers—you'll uncover the story behind them. By modeling, analyzing complex financial and operational data, you'll identify trends, explain performance drivers, and deliver insights that influence important decisions across the business. Also, the senior professional:
- Extract raw data from databases and summarize that data
- Provide informative and data to influence the department's strategy
- Create and inform data models for multiple ad-hoc analysis to drive decision-making
- Oversee various KPI reports like Total Cost of Delivery and shares information on emerging trends
- Responsible for postage modeling, analysis and explanation to variances to forecasts
- Manage invoicing for HDL vendors
Work to be performed with minimal direction; exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. You will have exposure to pharmacy leadership and will help shape operational strategy.
You are a confident self-starter who takes initiative without waiting for direction, brings structure to complex work, and delivers high-quality results. You should be able to communicate insights, influence partners across the business, and build strong working relationships through professionalism, responsiveness, and collaboration. Your success requires someone who stays organized, adapts quickly, and remains effective in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.
While the job is work from home, success requires weekly time onsite with our Operations team at either our AZ or OH pharmacy locations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or substantial relevant domain experience
- Experience compiling, modeling, analyzing data to identify, explain, influence variances and trends
- Experience working with moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Must be located within reasonable driving distance to either West Chester, OH or Phoenix, AZ pharmacy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Finance/Accounting background
- Pharmacy or Logistics experience
- Advanced Excel Modeling Experience
- SQL Experience
Work at Home Requirements: To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested. In certain roles, the minimum recommended internet speed required by Humana may not be sufficient for business needs. Humana reserves the right to require associates to upgrade their internet service if necessary. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$89,000 - $121,400 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
