Starfish is currently seeking exceptional candidates to join our team. We are searching for friendly, energetic, highly motived individuals, who will thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented restaurant environment.
We are adding members to our Sushi Team! 
Responsibilities: 
• Preparing sushi and sushi rolls to order, with special attention to customization and allergens. 
• Cooking sushi rice.
• Maintaining proper temperature for all sushi items.
• Rolling, cutting, plating, and packing of sushi items.
• Preparation of seafood for sushi item.
• Helpline cooks properly prep, store, and date food.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications: 
• Previous knowledge of food service regulations preferred.   
• Applicants with prior sushi experience are preferred, but not necessary. We are willing to train!
• Skilled with the use of hand tools or machines needed for the position. 
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.
