JOB DESCRIPTION :
We are seeking a Proposal Writer to support Levio's growth. Levio is looking for someone to support our end-to-end proposal process for Government of Quebec bids, which includes managing our bid development and preparing materials for submission to various departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Conduct active monitoring of public tenders on the SEAO and other specialized procurement platforms.
- Track business opportunities and participate in the preparation of proposals, including opening project files, planning activities, and preparing response templates.
- Review addenda, updates, and tender results, and ensure appropriate follow-up actions are taken.
- Coordinate proposal production activities with the various stakeholders involved.
- Compile, review, and format the documents required for submissions.Ensure the administrative compliance of proposal files and all required documentation.
- Handle the printing, assembly, and preparation of proposals when a physical submission is required.
- Maintain and update various management tools and systems, including templates, response libraries, the proposals calendar, and the Salesforce CRM system.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
- Relevant experience in preparing service proposals or tender submissions, ideally within the information technology sector.
- Excellent organizational and priority management skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Meticulous attention to detail and a consistent commitment to quality.
- Ability to demonstrate discretion and professionalism.Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Occasional availability outside regular business hours to meet submission deadlines.
- Bilingualism (English and French).
- Experience in the consulting services industry (an asset).
