About this role
We are looking for an Category Executive to help the growth of our Fashion category in the CEE region. In this role, you will identify and onboard high-potential fashion sellers, brands, and stores while managing key partnerships and driving performance. You will be responsible for overseeing commercial negotiations, optimizing key performance indicators, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business development and commercial onboarding for French luxury and contemporary brands, building a robust pipeline across top maisons and luxury groups.
- Structure tailored commercial and logistics partnerships (consignment, distributor models, API/3PL integration) that address brand protection, grey-market, and pricing considerations.
- Act as the primary relationship owner for French key accounts, conducting quarterly business reviews, assortment planning, and joint growth strategies.
- Partner with internal P&L, finance, and legal teams to negotiate commission structures, financial projections, and margin optimizations to drive profitable growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, category, and creative teams to build go-to-market visibility plans, exclusive capsule launches, and on-site brand positioning aligned with luxury standards.
- Monitor luxury market dynamics, competitor benchmarks (e.g., 24S, Mytheresa, Galeries Lafayette), and consumer trends to continuously refine channel curation and assortment freshness.
Expected Qualifications
- Extensive experience in luxury fashion, brand partnerships, wholesale, or business development within luxury marketplaces, department stores, e-tailers, or luxury maisons.
- Established C-level network across French luxury maisons, contemporary brands, and commercial/e-commerce decision-makers in Paris.
- Solid commercial and financial acumen with proven experience structuring complex deal models, commission structures, and margin/P&L projections.
- Deep understanding of luxury e-commerce operations, cross-border logistics, and brand equity protection across full-price and off-price ecosystems.
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven mindset comfortable operating with high autonomy in a remote set-up while navigating cross-cultural internal stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive presentation capabilities.
- Fluency in both written and spoken French and English; knowledge of Italian or Turkish is an advantage.
