 Objetivo del Puesto:

Supervisar, asegurar y mantener calificada la base de proveedores bajo los estándares de calidad requeridos. Garantizar que todos los componentes, partes y materias primas cumplan con especificaciones y planos técnicos, coordinando acciones correctivas y proyectos de mejora continua.

 Principales Responsabilidades:

- Coordinar y validar el proceso de PPAP entre proveedores y planta.
- Gestionar y liderar el proceso de material no conforme (MRB / NMR) y seguimiento a acciones correctivas ( 8D ).
- Definir y alinear métodos de inspección en el área de Inspección de Recibo .
- Ejecutar auditorías y planes de visita a proveedores clave ( OSA - On-Site Assessments ).
- Evaluar y monitorear el desempeño e indicadores de calidad de los proveedores ( SPPM, FPY, % Calificación ).
- Participar en proyectos de introducción de nuevos productos ( NPI ) y calificación de partes/procesos.
- Liderar proyectos de mejora continua, productividad y reducción de costos en conjunto con los vendors .

 Requisitos:

- Educación: Licenciatura o Ingeniería (Industrial, Mecánica, Manufactura o afín) – Titulado indispensable .
- Experiencia: 1 a 3 años en posiciones similares de Calidad de Proveedores / Aseguramiento de Calidad en industria de manufactura.
- Idioma: Inglés Avanzado / Fluido (Indispensable: negociación y comunicación diaria con proveedores extranjeros).
- Conocimientos técnicos: Core Tools (PPAP, APQP, AMEF, SPC, MSA). Metodología de solución de problemas (8D, 5 Porqués, Ishikawa). Manejo de Minitab, MS Office avanzado (Macros/Reporteo) y ERP (Oracle deseable).
- Certificaciones (Deseables): Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), ASQ (CQE/CQA), Auditor Interno.
