Who You Are
You are a detail-oriented and experienced IT professional looking to support a large public library system. You are skilled in managing and troubleshooting IT systems, with a focus on networks, servers, and user accounts. You enjoy training others and collaborating to achieve team goals.
What You'll Do
You will manage and support the Library's data and voice communication systems, including day-to-day operations like system backups and user account management. You'll configure, install, and maintain various software and hardware, including third-party applications, servers, routers, and switches. A key part of your role involves maintaining network performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring network security. You'll also provide training to users and contribute to the planning and upgrading of IT systems.
