Job Overview:
As an Associate Account Manager, you will be supporting the Associate Director in managing the day-to-day business with Ulta, Target & Sephora Canada. You will own the operational work behind orders, forecasting, promotions, and relatior reporting.
Reporting into the Associate Director, this role partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver strong in-store execution, optimize promotional performance, and expand distribution. This position plays a critical role in building retailer relationships and supporting Eva NYC’s long-term growth within Drug and Specialty channels
Location: Remote, with opportunity to work in the Brooklyn office
Salary: $80,000
Responsibilities :
· Manage purchase orders, shipments & in-stock levels at retailers
· Build and update sales reports
· Partner with retailers on item set up & maintenance, promotional and off-shelf submissions, and various reports
· Assist in retailer presentation for business reviews and line review materials
· Coordinate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance and Trade Marketing to execute plans
· Serves as day-to-day contact for retailer teams
· Build and maintain strong working relationships with retailer contacts and internal stakeholders to build win/win business solutions.
· Analyze sales performance, promotional results, and trends to identify risks and growth opportunities
· Monitor category and competitive trends to identify opportunities and recommend strategies for growth
· Maintain tools, trackers, and reporting to support forecasting accuracy and decision-making.

Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2-4 years Sales experience
- Strong sales and financial acumen
- Ability to build and maintain complex excel spreadsheets with advanced formula knowledge.
- Deep understanding of Nielsen & reporting to interpret data & make actionable recommendations
- 5-10% travel
- Creative thinker + problem solver
- A hands-on self-starter with strong organizational skills who is comfortable with fast turnarounds and tight timelines with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in all business programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe, Asana
- Someone who can lead by example and encompass Eva NYC’s core values
- Excellent verbal and written communication, communicating clearly & concisely
- Remote position, but able to work in the office (Brooklyn, NY)
