- Support senior designers and the Creative Manager with production tasks and revisions
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables
- Prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree preferred with a focus in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field; equivalent experience in lieu of a degree will be considered

- Excellent organizational skills and a methodical approach to work required
- Strong communication and time management abilities required
- A positive personality and willingness to learn and follow mentorship required

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with Figma or other collaborative design tools
- Experience preparing files for print and working with vendors strongly preferred
- Basic understanding of digital ad specifications, limitations, and formats strongly preferred
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Optimizely) is a plus
- Comfortable using animation and video editing programs like Premier and After Effects
- Product photography and video production
- Interest in contributing to company culture through ARGs (Associate Resource Groups) or similar initiatives
