We are searching for the best talent for Quality Technician II (QA Trace/Labs) .

Purpose: In this role, the candidate will execute Quality Assurance/ Quality Control Lab activities to ensure compliant product and material inspection and release within the QA Trace and Laboratory teams.  This role will conduct the Traceability of component and Finished Goods Work Orders which includes assuring accuracy and completion of documentation for component materials, assemblies, and finished devices prior to approval and release. As a part of the traceability process, this role will use the ERP system (JDE) and MES system to finalize the traceability closure of work orders.

In this role, the candidate will execute Quality Assurance/ Quality Control Lab activities to ensure compliant product and material inspection and release within the QA Trace and Laboratory teams.  This role will conduct the Traceability of component and Finished Goods Work Orders which includes assuring accuracy and completion of documentation for component materials, assemblies, and finished devices prior to approval and release. As a part of the traceability process, this role will use the ERP system (JDE) and MES system to finalize the traceability closure of work orders.

Additionally, this role will require flexibility in tasks by performing raw material/ finished device inspection and testing and review of materials, components, and/or finished devices in the quality laboratory. The candidate will perform moderately complex tests and analyses, conduct technical quality inspections, generate laboratory results, and use results to improve production processes and standards and to ensure that products comply with established specifications. This role will record inspection results, provide acceptance, rejection, and disposition of the materials, and enter basic data into logbooks, laboratory data forms, and/or LIMS and other computer databases and systems.

The candidate will comply with all environmental, safety and occupational health policies (i.e., ISO14001 & OSHAS 18001). The candidate will be responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.  This role will perform administrative duties and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Requirements:

- Have permanent work authorization in the US. We cannot consider candidates requiring sponsorship for this job posting.
- Work full-time (at least 40 hours per week)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Have experience with MS Office Tools.
- Requires fluency in English

Preferences

- Experience working in a professional and/or laboratory environment.
- Have a passion for a career in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within the Manufacturing Supply Chain industry.
- Some college coursework or completed degree program; Life Sciences or Business, preferred.
- Ability to assess issues and opportunities, establish priorities, and act with a sense of urgency.
- Knowledge or experience with ERP systems (such as JDE or SAP) and LabVantage LIMS.
