About this role
The Customer Data Architect leads the data foundation behind the program: data strategy, architecture, identity and audiences. - Lead the data model and data model object (DMO) strategy in Data 360.
- Define audience eligibility, segmentation, suppression and consent rules for all programs.

- Identify and resolve data quality issues, including conflicting sources overriding trusted records.
- Coordinate third-party data partners for data hygiene, address standardization and ownership verification.
- Maintain data processing instructions, data dictionaries and source-to-target documentation.
- Partner with client data, privacy and security teams on governance, consent and data agreements.
- Define measurement data foundations, including KPI definitions and the datasets needed for reporting and attribution.
- Partner with the Salesforce Solution Architect, journey and operations teams on audience and data requirements.
Requirements
