Job Description:
Parsons is looking for a talented Security Cooperation Expert to join our growing team!
In this role you will get to provide operational support on complex projects supporting a critical mission in the Indo-Pacific region. This role demands a dedicated professional with exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the PACOM security architecture and bilateral/multilateral engagements. A successful candidate must be adept at exercising sound judgement in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Honolulu, HI.
What You'll Be Doing :
- Provide comprehensive program support by synchronizing the planning, scheduling, and multi-agency coordination of theater security cooperation activities in alignment with command priorities
- Monitor, analyze, coordinate, and track Security Cooperation program funding cycles and processes, budget submissions, and financial accounting data to ensure timely fiscal execution, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness
- Support the development, coordination, and implementation of DoW counter-drug security cooperation policies, strategies, programs, and initiatives;
- Assist with tracking relevant authorities and requirements; analyze proposed security cooperation activities for feasibility, alignment, risks, resource requirements, and implementation considerations
- Coordinate with DoW and Service staffs, military commands, interagency organizations, diplomatic and international partners, law enforcement, and intelligence communities
- Assist command leadership in developing and updating DoW policy for counter-drug operations, including foreign the defense of critical infrastructure, the defense industrial base, and critical warfighting capabilities to provide a layered defense within the Department
- Prepare agendas and read-aheads to support planning events, capture decisions, and assign and track actions as required
- Prepare and deliver briefings to leadership, operational customers, and partner organizations as required
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Active DoD Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
- 10+ years of experience, with additional education, training, and certifications able to count towards total years of experience
- Bachelors degree, with additional years of experience able to count in lieu of a degree
- Ability to work independently while responding promptly to requests for information
- Adaptability in a dynamic work environment; ability to manage changing priorities effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to proofread, edit, and finalize products for senior leader briefings and external organizations
- Highly proficient in SharePoint, Microsoft Office tools, and data-sharing tools and databases (e.g Command and Control of the Information Environment (C2IE) and Maven Smart System (MSS)
- Valid US Passport
What Desired Skills You Might Bring:
- Experience supporting USPACOM intelligence or operations
- Previous experience supporting DoD, counter-drug, and law enforcement missions
- Familiarity with Joint doctrine, campaign planning guidance, and interagency coordination processes
Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $103,500.00 - $181,100.00
