Pay Range: $95,000-$135,000

Tempur Sealy is currently seeking an exceptional candidate to be an integral member of the IT Program Management Office (PMO) at Tempur Sealy. This IT Project Manager candidate will work closely with IT and business leadership to oversee key corporate business and IT initiatives.

As a member of the PMO, this individual will manage project teams through successful collaboration and coordination across all levels of the organization using TSI standard project management processes. This opportunity requires expert knowledge and experience in technology projects and a proven ability to lead diverse implementation teams.

What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

- Lead enterprise-wide projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with business strategy, IT objectives, and organizational priorities.

- Manage all aspects of project delivery, including project charter development, scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, procurement, communications, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

- Proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and critical milestones through established PMO governance, reporting, and monitoring processes.

- Lead and influence cross-functional business, technology, vendor, and data teams within a matrixed environment to deliver project objectives and business outcomes.

- Drive organizational readiness through testing, training, change management, business process improvement, and process transformation initiatives that support successful adoption and operational effectiveness.

- Oversee internal and external implementation resources, ensuring quality standards, data integrity, and project deliverables are achieved.

- Serve as a trusted advisor and stakeholder advocate, balancing business value, return on investment, risk mitigation, employee experience, and long-term sustainability in project decision-making.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need (Qualifications):

- Bachelor’s degree required; PMP certification preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Teams, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Visio, and Copilot.

- Proven enterprise project leadership experience managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, and delivery across complex projects and programs.

- Strong command of project management methodologies, PMO governance, task scheduling and forecasting, monitoring and controlling processes, and execution excellence.

- Experience leading or supporting ERP implementations or related projects, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred.

- Exceptional communication, collaboration, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language.

- Proven situational leadership, negotiation, influencing, and decision-making capabilities across all organizational levels.

- Strong analytical thinking, critical thinking, problem-solving, impact analysis, and strategic planning skills with an enterprise perspective.

- Expertise in business process management, process improvement, operational excellence, organizational change management, and transformation initiatives.

- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and influence change within a matrixed, multi-departmental environment.

- Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented self-starter with strong planning, forecasting, prioritization, accountability, and execution skills.
