Job Summary
Evaluates, negotiates, and executes business deals in support of Charter’s Product, Advanced Engineering, IT, Media and other teams, with an emphasis on licensing transactions, outsourcing and strategic business alliances. Creates financial models and presentations and performs research in support of such business transactions and product strategy.

Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Ability to converse and interact with senior level operations, sales and finance persons within Charter and at external companies
Strong comprehensive skills of cable and telecommunications products and services
Familiarity with cable industry trends and competitors, including new entrants
Understands financial modeling, financial reporting, and analysis used by financial and investment professionals to value an organization's effectiveness and performance
Ability to analyze, understand and interpret data
Ability to lead multiple projects and tasks
Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
Strong ability using standard professional tools, e.g., PCs, tablets, phones, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to motivate and persuade others
Ability to lead Charter employees through the deal process
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to the highest degree of professional standards
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in physical science, math, finance, economics, accounting, liberal arts or related field
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Industry research and financial analysis - 5+ Contract negotiation and drafting - 5+
