Job Description
Title: Automotive Tech (Part-Time)
FLSA Status: NON-EXEMPT
General Summary:
Reports directly to the Fleet Maintenance Supervisor. Primarily responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of HDCs fleet.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Completes assigned tasks in a timely manner in compliance with HDCs procedures.
- Maintains work area in a neat, safe, and organized manner.
- Complies with standard operating procedures relating to vacation scheduling, uniform compliance as well as proper reporting of accidents and absences.
- Complies with OSHA, utilizing required safety equipment.
- Responsible for remaining knowledgeable in current mechanical trends relating to the repair of automotive engine and automotive related repairs.
- Maintains personal hand tools.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
- Will assist with other projects as required.
