A Total Wines SET Merchandiser is responsible for the Total Wine stores on their route and must ensure that our customers needs are met on a daily basis. This includes filling shelves, rotating stock, building displays, putting away backstock, and keeping coolers organized. This position requires interaction with store personnel. The responsibility of this position is managing specialized work efficiently, with confidence and competence. You must take the work seriously, have a strong sense of duty, and be disciplined. You will be given clearly defined work, responsibilities, and reporting relationships, as well as thorough training opportunities to develop a high level of expertise and confidence. The position is task oriented, requiring you to be efficient, careful, and cautious in your approach to work.
What You Will Accomplish
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Refill Shelves and coolers, organize backstock both in the backroom and top stock, rotate/ front face product, build and refresh displays, operate SAM device, and place point of sale (POS) throughout the store when needed.
- Obtain feedback from accounts on effectiveness of back store organization.
- Correct delivery discrepancies and/or repack and damaged product.
- Continue developing knowledge of industry and represented brands.

- Carrying and lifting up to 55 pounds constantly and repetitively throughout their shift.

- Stepping up and down on store provided moving staircase to reach product on the top stock.
- Squatting, stooping, or bending to perform various duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Possess a valid AZ drivers license with acceptable driving record.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- No prior experience or training required.
- Must be 18 or older.
