In this role, youll be the face of the Players Club—welcoming guests, promoting membership, and providing helpful information about casino amenities and promotions. With a focus on building lasting guest relationships, you'll play a key part in creating a fun and memorable experience.

Below are some of the responsibilities as a Potawatomi Casino Hotel Players Club Host:

- Promote the Players Club by attracting new members and providing excellent guest service.

- Greet guests warmly and respond to their needs in a friendly and helpful manner.

- Explain club benefits, issue cards, and show guests how to use them.

- Provide accurate information about the casino, promotions, and amenities.

- Create and update guest accounts while keeping their information secure.

- Spend time on the casino floor signing up new members and promoting the club.

- Help with marketing efforts and assist during special events and giveaways.

- Provide limited complimentary items or services to guests.

- Sell and issue Bingo gift certificates.

- Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

- Perform all other duties as assigned.

What you need:

- A high school diploma or equivalent

- Previous high volume customer service experience

- Office skills

Even better if you have the following:

- Data entry experience
