Essential Skills
- Support business development and operational growth by participating in client interviews, project pursuits, recruiting efforts, and strategic initiatives while strengthening long-term client relationships and promoting Clune's brand.
- Lead preconstruction planning and project strategy by developing construction sequencing, logistics, phasing, staffing plans, procurement strategies, and execution plans for large, complex projects.
- Lead overall field execution by directing Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, field staff, and trade partners to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution.
- Champion safety, quality, and operational excellence by leading Clune's safety culture, ensuring OSHA compliance, driving QA/QC initiatives, and holding all project teams accountable for performance standards.
- Drive field coordination and constructability by partnering with Project Management, design teams, owners, and trade partners to resolve constructability issues, coordinate complex installations, and proactively mitigate field risks.
- Oversee project schedules and milestone achievement by developing master field schedules, validating look-ahead plans, monitoring critical path activities, and implementing recovery strategies to maintain project milestones.
- Manage project performance and operational risk by monitoring field productivity, labor planning, schedule impacts, procurement constraints, and project risks while collaborating with Project Management to achieve project objectives.
- Lead client, design team, and executive stakeholder relationships by serving as the primary field representative, communicating project progress, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead project turnover and closeout by overseeing commissioning, punch list completion, inspections, owner training, turnover documentation, and final acceptance to ensure a seamless transition to the owner.
- Develop and mentor field leadership by coaching Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, Project Engineers, and Interns, sharing best practices, and building the next generation of field leaders.

Education
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering preferred
Work Experience
- 10+ years of experience managing commercial interior, healthcare and/or mission-critical projects
