Competitive Starting Pay

Starting rates based on role, experience, and qualifications:

- Paint Production: Starting at $21.48/hr
- Material Handlers: Starting at $21.87/hr
- Machine Operators: Starting at $22.46/hr
- Welders: Starting at $23.42/hr
- Quality Inspectors: Starting at $25.01/hr

Plus, a $1.00/hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift positions.
