Home Health Aide (HHA) – Huntington, NY
Pay: $19.65 per hour

The HHA will assist clients with daily activities while promoting their comfort, safety, dignity, and independence.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Provide assistance with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry related to the client's care.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Remind clients to take medications as directed by their healthcare provider.
- Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor or care team.
- Follow the client's care plan and all agency policies and procedures.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for the client.
- Respect client privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
- Valid New York State HHA Certificate required.
- Minimum 1 year of HHA experience required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
