Senior Manager, Credit & Collections NA leads credit risk management and collections operations across North America, ensuring effective strategies that optimize cash flow, reduce credit exposure, and minimize bad debt risk. The role provides leadership to a high-performing team, driving accountability, talent development, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across credit and collections functions. This position partners closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Treasury, and Customer Service teams to resolve complex customer issues, manage credit risk, and improve collections performance. The Senior Manager also oversees reporting, governance, compliance, and key performance metrics to support informed decision-making and organizational financial objectives.

What You Will Do

- Lead North America credit and collections operations, establishing strategies that optimize cash flow, reduce delinquency, and mitigate credit risk.
- Manage credit policies, account reviews, and collections activities to support business growth while maintaining strong financial controls.
- Develop, coach, and lead a high-performing team, driving operational excellence, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Treasury, and Legal teams to resolve complex customer issues and support effective decision-making.
- Monitor key performance metrics, portfolio health, and aging trends, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls while implementing process enhancements that improve efficiency and effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in credit, collections, accounts receivable, finance, or related business functions, including leadership responsibilities.
- Experience leading and developing teams, managing performance, and driving operational improvement initiatives.
- Strong background in credit risk management, collections strategy, financial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within a complex business environment.
